Since I was little, one of the behaviors that made me feel true to myself, hence free, was being able to solve problems and making things happen. Today, being a Property Scouter and a Property Manager lets me be the problem solver and the person responsible for making things happen.
My company was born to provide high-end property services to customers that value the uniqueness of professional relationships built on trust and authenticity. I specialize in real estate services focusing on property scouting, property management and relocation.
My unique approach to business comes from years of experience throughout which I developed a deep understanding on the importance of listening to clients’ needs while crafting unique solutions to achieve their desired objectives.
I have been in a client services role and a client focused environment throughout my well-rounded career. From my beginnings in marketing, events planning and logistics in the Fashion industry, to my experience advising and working for a wealthy investor in real estate throughout the world, I have been constantly required to provide the highest level of client service. As a complement, my experience as employee number 4 of a successful startup (today at over 1000 employees) was the perfect experience to understand my natural inclination toward entrepreneurship.
Today, after 10+ years in the business, not only I have mastered a hyperlocal understanding of Barcelona’s social and business dynamics, but I have also created a vast network throughout many industries and business sectors. I consider being an adaptable connector able to merge differences resulting in winning outcomes the essence of my day to day job.

We identify real estate opportunities whether for sales, rentals, and/or investments. Based on our clients’ specific requests and needs, we conduct our customized search and present targeted listings.
Being a property scout goes beyond brokering and presenting online listings. It is a much more in depth consultative role facilitating a real estate transaction. Local market knowledge and strong access to the local network are key factors when addressing any real estate need.
Our scouting assignments typically involve: tapping into our vast local network for knowledge and opportunities, researching market conditions, analyzing demographic and economic data, visiting properties in person, and comparing properties to determine which ones have the most potential for achieving the desired client’s goals.
In addition, as dedicated real estate advisors, we offer tailored assistance throughout the purchasing process. Our support usually includes, helping with opening a bank account, applying for the NIE, and filing for a Golden Visa.
Specific duties include:
- Initial meeting to assess client’s needs
- Developing a set of parameters and objectives for the scouting assignment
- Initial visits resulting in final selection of properties for the client to tour
- Due diligence

Our white-glove approach is about delivering premium and tailor-made services to our clients. We are the owner’s eyes and ears on the property, making certain that all issues are being dealt with promptly and the property itself is cared for professionally whether the property is rented or needs to be managed and maintained for the owner’s use.
Managing a property currently rented
Our role and responsibilities include: managing rent, tenants, documentation, taxes, budgets, maintenance and providing records to the city and state.
We interact directly with tenants, especially when it comes to leasing and maintenance such as: supervising and coordinating building maintenance/work orders, resolving tenant concerns and complaints, advertising, showing and leasing vacant units, collecting and depositing rent, and communicating regularly with the property owner on the status of the property.
Specific duties include:
- Set rent prices based on market
- Attract and screen potential tenants
- Coordinate lease agreements
- Coordinate security deposits
- Handle maintenance requests
- Handle move-in/move-outs
- Collect monthly rent
- Follow up on any rent delays
- Maintain the physical condition of the property
- Hire and manage maintenance contractors
- Manage property budget
- Manage all documentation: maintenance records, leases, requests, insurance, etc.
Managing a property for the Owner’s use
Our concierge-style services give the owner the flexibility to have the home always ready and well maintained based on any specific needs.
Whether watering plants, dog-sitting, spring cleaning or any other services, our team will assure the owner will always find the home in perfect condition and without any maintenance issues to deal with.
